Shocking Delivery

You seriously need to rethink the way you do your deliveries and look to your sister company Takealot for the correct way to do it. I placed my order and made very sure of when you were going to deliver which was the Thursday. Today Monday i get an email advising you will now be delivering on the Tuesday which does not suit me as i am not going to be around. I then phone to rescheduled as you cannot reschedule online like you can with any other company only to be told sorry Superbalist does not allow for rescheduling. So not only do you decide at your own whim to reschedule my delivery from the Thursday to the Wednesday without finding out from me if this will suit me, but you now also tell me sorry you cannot change it back to what it should have been. That is not service. How can Takealot who is supposed to be your "sister" company get it right but you cannot. Terrible
