Shocking customer service from Superbalist

Shocking customer service. I bought six dining chairs and one broke just weeks after buying it and the others felt unstable and unsafe. I arranged a return collection through customer services and while many emails and texts have been sent to me confirming collection dates, none have actually been made. Will not buy from this company again when more online shopping has become available with far better returns and customer service.
