SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

BE WARNED! Superbalist has NO customer service what-so-ever. The company is quick to accept your order and payment thereof, but when logging a return, Superbalist cannot honour its own Terms and Conditions in collecting the order. My return has been logged and for almost 4 weeks now I continue to wait for this useless company to collect the goods, this despite my receiving text messages confirming the collection and with no such arrival from you. Don't use Covid-19 as an excuse, this is UNACCEPTABLE! You cannot call Superbalist, you cannot email Superbalist and there's no customer service what-so-ever. USELESS, USELESS, USELESS, USELESS!
