Shocking customer service

I have been a customer with Superbalist for almost 2years now,last month i placed an order with them for my sons sneakers I have only received 1 pair since I was adviced that my order comes from 2 different warehouses , when I follow up on delivery status it shows it was dispatched on the 27th of November,I called their customer care today if i will receive my order before Xmas because it’s my son’s giftand I was told that they have logged an urgent query with the courier company Skynet and i will be provided with feedback before COB today still no feedback.
