Shocking customer service!

They do not collect when a return is scheduled then they threaten to cancel the return if you don't get the parcel to them...***. Every day I speak to a different person, and none of them seem to be having any idea of what is happening there. Every day a new return gets scheduled. Then the couriers tell you that you were not available when they tried to collect your order. What a joke...! Absolutely shocking! I will never buy from them again! I hope they close their doors there are other companies who deserve the patronage much more.
