Shipment held back

My order no ********** keeps getting rescheduled. In one instance the reason is I was not available to collect it when they delivered, when? They never came, instead I been receiving sms to say today, then the next day, etc. Now on top of that I must explain to my husband where I was when superbalist "allegedly" didn't find me, when in actual fact they never came. As usual today I received an SMS from them saying the parcel will be delivered to me today before 15:00, it is now 16:30 and I'm yet to see the delivery. Superbalist I understand that you have too many customers, so you don't give a rat's ass about me, please please refund my money and keep your stuff. I have been too patient with y'all. I thank you
