SHEIN return clothes

I have returned more i terms on Superbalist they were sent back by mistake .they did confirm they found the clothes from SHEIN .since on the 20th I logged a query cullen p and zoleka and other colleagues have been helping me .I’m not happy with Superbalist as it is not more than ten days the staff have not been returned.the warehouse since responded on the 20th that they found the items and they not sending the staff back .everyday I’m phoning I speak to different consultant at Superbalist but they can’t seem to help me they just keep on saying they will call or email me back .I requested to speak to manager but they said he will call me even today .I am their old client I’m so disappointed ☹️.My query is being ignored there is not even a turn around time when I’ll be assisted .
