Seven days waiting for an order, and it's delayed even more without notifying me
I ordered from Superbalist last week. The order was initially scheduled for delivery on 1 December. But was moved to 2 December without updating me. Yesterday I checked to find it had been moved. I waited until today and still didn't receive an update. I had to email customer care to only get a delayed and thin response that one of the items had not been dispatched from Cape Town for seven full days. I then proceeded to ask for a refund. But am being denied that because of an excuse that doesn't sound reasonable. To make matters worse, the agents refuse to escalate the matter.

05 Dec 2022, 09:23The delivery is now delayed to 7 December. So, I can only expect it two weeks after making an order. And I still can’t request a cancellation and refund. So, if it takes a month and there’s no movement, Superbalist will effectively hold on to my money and in short say, “you’re *****ed until we decide to do our jobs.”
