SERVICE LEVELS GONE DOWN

It's very unfortunately that I need to write this complaint as I've been a really regular customer on Superbalist and was always bragging to friends about their service. Seems like since they merged with Spree, you do not get any feedback. Of the 3 pairs of shoes I ordered, 2 were damaged. NO FEEDBACK from them. REF **********
