Service / Incorrect delivery

Order a rug from Superbalist , product got dropped off after 2 days and was a Minecraft toy - tried and log a return or a call as you can't phone in and suddenly we have to wait 72 hours then read there returns and says they will collect the incorrect order and refund then we mjst re-order. Go Online and check product sold out. This is just crazy , never trusting this Company
