Service from hell

I have been waiting for a refund now for 6 days, their communication advised it will be processed in 3-5 Days but to date no funds have been received and to make it worse they have shutdown their call center service and are not reply to their service emails. I am beyond frustrated with this lack of communication and I don’t know who will help me.
