Service Experience (BAD)

My delivery was very quick,however I've been waiting for a collection to be done since the day the package was delivered which it was meant to be done on Tuesday but till to date I've been waiting. Also sent an email to the support department and nothing has happened and no communication has been sent to me. I thought the service was good with the quick delivery but since the collection request, I'm definitely not soo pleased after all!!
