Service Delivery

I ordered shoes and the size of the shoes did not fit as they were big went on the app and logged a return ,this was on the 30/04 however the first request was approved then cancelled due to them experiencing high volumes. I there after logged another one on the 09/05 since today I have not received anything the next thing the return will be cancelled again. Please advise why the return i logged was cancelled where by I did not receive communication of the reason. I have logged another return can this be done ASAP as I cant wear the shoes that do not fit me. I need these Airforce size 6 to be returned please. order number ***7. The only thing i receive is collections delayed Courier to schedule collection.
