I ordered crocs off court clog 3 times from this establishment.

1. The 1st order was booked confirmed paid for, then cancelled because of some inventory error, and yet when I checked online again their system still said there were 3 pairs available in the size I wanted.

2. 2nd order was a cash on delivery, the driver calls me one time only, by the time I called the driver back a few minutes after he did not answer my calls or text messages, I even called the Takealot delivery branch, no joy my order was returned. I even offered to meet the driver anywhere he was or collect at any branch, no joy. The next day the same thing happened.

3. 3rd time ordering the same product, I get the order finally however the package is marked the size I ordered and the tag as well. I didn't notice the size on the actual shoe was incorrect, I wore the shoe 1 time only and I noticed it was big but i thought it was maybe the make, later in the something says look under the shoe and I noticed I was given a size 9 instead of a size 6. Clearly something went wrong with the packing or at the dispatch. Now I logged a query with this establishment and apparently they wont take the product back because it it unsellable, as though it is my error, I packaged the product wrong, I tagged it wrong and delivered the product. I chose the right size when I ordered how is it that nobody wants to take accountability of their wrong doing, to date they have note closed my call or reverted back to me with a solution.

I'm super disappointed with the service I have received from this supplier. I have ordered from them previously many times before and never have I experienced such ********** service.

At least the past 5 orders I had to complain about something, express orders being cancelled for delivery 2-3 days after the fact, I honestly do not know what is happening.

I want the product I ordered delivered to me, at no cost or inconvenience to me, I refuse to order for the 4th. This is my money and my time that I work very hard for.
