Sending damaged items and then refusing to have it returned!

Shop regularly from superbalist. Recently bought shoes amongst other things. They sent me a damaged box! Shoe doesn’t fit and now I’m expected to keep it as they won’t refund me. They sent me a damaged item now refusing to take responsibility. Am very very angry! That was probably done on purpose to get rid of the damaged box as this wasn’t the first time I’ve received damaged boxes but kept the shoes before. It’s not a large amount but it’s the principle behind it. They sent me the damaged box! If this isn’t sorted out I certainly won’t be shopping from them again. Theyre dishonest!
