Second second hand Ottoman - not impressed.

I've just taken delivery of what looks like a second hand ottoman for the second time from Superbalist. The first one, was shocking and looked like it had seen a few people use it, the second one, I was so careful not to destroy the packing in case it too had to go back and lo and behold! It's a second, second hand ottoman. I am very disappointed. I can understand one slip but two, sorry that is just terrible service.
