Second-hand order
<p>I'm frequent shopper on Superbalist.com yet this was the first time that I was left completely gobsmacked! My Havaianas arrived, only to find that they had already been worn by someone else! The slops are beige yet the soles of the shoes arrived with dark, dirty patches and sticky brown marks - CLEARLY someone had already walked around in them and trampled in something! I don't understand how you can send someone a product that has already been exchanged and used by someone else?? I love ordering from Superbalist but this time I was left utterly disappointed!! </p>

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I'm terribly sorry for the damaged item which was delivered to you and the inconvenience caused.
This is definitely not the type of service we want any customer to experience and we will do our best to turn your experience around.
As per our telephonic conversation, Superbalist has full trust in our suppliers to deliver the product to the warehouse as seen on our site correctly and in perfect condition. From there, the warehouse picks and packs your order for delivery.
I will ensure this complaint is dealt with internally.
