I ordered items for same-day delivery and paid a fee. I got an sms that my order will be delivered at my workplace before 5. I left work at 5:07 without my order, received no phone call about a delay. The next day the status of the order strangely changed to delivered to who I don't know. I've spoken to support agents(Conway, Gary.M) and they all seem to be clueless on what they are doing. They promised to retrieve the order and get back to me, a week later still no feedback!
