If I could give them a minus I would. I made a purchase and the money went off my account. But the notice said my payment was unsuccessful. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the money is in Superbalist account. I contacted Superbalist and they told me it will take up to 5 five working days to return my money. How ridiculous? I have to wait for my own money? They can not deliver my order even with me sending my bank statement. I will not purchase from them again. ********
