**** FROM SUPERBALIST NOT TO REFUND EFT PAYMENT WHEN THEY CANCEL ORDER ... EVEN WITH ORDER NUMBER !!!

Directed by Superbalist website to an apparently "unmonitored" email address to use as my email notification for the EFT. Despite using my Ref. number/ Order number as a cover note Superbalist first withdrew my credits and then claimed they could not trace the payment despite me sending jpg pics of all transactions. After a MONTH and several messages I got the refund of my CREDIT but no refund of the extra money paid in. An obvious **** as all I get are endless emails asking me to rate their service ....WHAT SERVICE!
