*****s, don't waste your money

Complete mess of a company. Twice in a row I've had the wrong item delivered to me. The most recent order, I was sent a pair of pants instead of a dress and lipstick. Thereafter, they wanted me to log a return, which I couldn't even do on the lipstick, also how the hell must I return something I didn't get. Extremely frustrating that they do stupid things and then make it the customer's problem. The agents can't give you a straight answer or keep the story straight. What a joke of a company. Just be better.
