Rude driver left without collecting my return

My return was scheduled for collection yesterday ( 06/11), the person who came to fetch the item was very rude. He called informing me that he is around my area but cannot find my address, I tried to explain to him my location but he put the phone down while I was talking. He went to a wrong place and called and shouted at me for giving him an incorrect location then left without fetching the item.

There has been no communication from Superbalist yet regarding the collection of this item, please reschedule collection asap.
