Rude Agents

I am struggling a return which i logged with Superbalist. I returned items and . I spoke to a very Rude Agent by the name of Nwabisa, Who tells me there is no escalation process, or what to track or report if you are not happy with the service. I have spoken to several agents who are clueless and have no consistence in the information they providing. I just want my money back and nothing to do with Superbalist. You will never get this kind of service from Zando AND HONESTLY SPREE WAS WAY BETTER THAN THIS
