Good day hellopeter,

My name is Felix and i just wanted to share with you the most disgusting experience i have ever received from Superbalist. I have sent through a request for a refund and its almost 3 weeks now.

I called the their contact centre and a unprofessional agent by the name of Sheldon answered the phone and said that one of his usless managers will call me back in two minutes. i have been waiting for the call since yesterday. Today i called and a girl by the name Nolwazi answered the phone and said she will get one of the usless manages to come and assist me and i waited for 5 minutes and she hung up the call. I am so disgusted with the level of customer experience i have received from these people and i just want them to refund me my order number is # ********** .
