******* and Bad Service

Last year I placed an order for an item on Superbalist and selected EFT as the payment option. I accidentally paid for the order twice using my credit card and debit card. I later discovered that I made an error and the order had already been cancelled as the payment was late. I sent through both proof of payment to the customer center and I was refunded for the 1 payment from my debit card and was told they couldn't trace the other payment. I wad was shocked and kept on sending e-mails for someone to please help me as this was unbelievable, my bank even confirmed that the payment was paid into superbalists account. They've stuck to their story and I have not heard from them since. I feel like I was ******!!!
