****** of Savings on Purchase

I bought items from the online store on 15 Dec 18 and made for it. The items was set to be delivered on 19 Dec 18 and the sale was worth R9000 and I had saved R4000 from the purchase. On 19 Dec 18, the order was cancelled without it being delivered and a refund was processed. I requested a discount that would allow me make the same saving as per the original order and it was provided. I have not been able to use the promo code since they app**** filters to it which prevent it being useable to the similarity prices items on my original order and it applies to the Superbalist branded items. I have tried numerous times to get the issue resolved with the end date of the discount having been extended twice due to this issue of the code not working as indicated. This company is robbing me of the savings I had paid for on my original purchase by giving me a discount code which does not work on the items I had originally purchased.
