so I bought items from superbalistic in November black Friday I ordered an xlarge and they delivered a medium pants so now I advised them that the pants where not of the right size and I also returned a pair of small sneakers the driver came to collect both items and I signed now they refunded me for the sneakers except the black pants which they saying they didn't receive but funny they received the sneakers. I have never dealt with such incompetence I want my refund and close the stupid superbalistic account they are the worst online shopping I'm so ****ed I hate superbalistic.
