Ridiculous Service

I am beyond perturbed with the service of this company .I placed an order for express or priority delivery yesterday which was meant to be delivered today .I have called 2times now they are telling me about 7pm however the shipping address shows that it’s a company address , why would I still be at work at that time .I made it an express because I need the parcel today as I work from home .If I wanted a standard delivery I would have opted for it .This is annoying really because I have done this option for priority before and it has never happened
