Ridiculous returns policy

I have always enjoyed shopping on superbalist for the great products and the convenience. But this will be the last time! I ordered two of the same fairly expensive body stocking type shirts in two sizes, as I have done before, to see which is a better fit. Neither one fitted as per the pictures on the website. The try on process took less than 5 minutes and I packaged them up to be returned. I followed the procedure to return and was sent my pick up messages. After the items were not collected on the specified day I called and emailed the concierge only to be told they do not allow returns on body stocking type items. The items are in perfect resellable condition, all department stores and boutiques have a no return policy on underwear and swimwear, but this is definitely not underwear, just a top that closes underneath. I offered for the items to be returned and if they meet the requirements to then be refunded but they are not interested. Their customer service is way below par. And it seems they do not even care as they haven't responded to any of the complaints above.
