Revolting service

<p>it is my first time purchasing form Superbalist, but the service i received didnt meet my expectation. i placed an order for next day delivery which requires a charge. the order was very urgent hence i even pay a delivery fee hoping it will arrive on time the next day.</p> <p> </p> <p>the next day no order received, i had to call them and trace my order and i was told the order arrived and turned back because i wasnt there. i asked why didnt they call me to come get my order? i would nt havce requested it if i wasnt gonna be available or someone to receive on my behalf. how on earth do you do deliveries without having the customers contact noumber, was i supposed to sit at the gate the whole day waiting for order, or maybe i was gonna smell it in the air that they have arrived?</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway, i spoke to some lady yesterday (Tuesday) and gave her instructions that i need my order first thing in the morning, but guess what? that didnt happen, i phoned again in the morning only to find the lady didnt pass the instruction (probably she was painting her nails while i was on the phone with and not giving a f*** about what im saying). i am told am only gonna receive my order before 12hr today (Thursday). What the hell is that, wasnt it supposed to be the first thing, to make up for the previous day?</p> <p> </p> <p>i am supposed to leave work at 10h30, now it almost 11h00 still waiting for my order:(</p> <p> </p> <p>i am very ****ed off. When was i going to know the courier turned back, if i didnt call to follow up?</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys (Superbalist) need to pull up your socks, seriously</p>
