Returns

Purchased New Balance sneakers wore them for less than an hour only to find they were too tight returned them the following day however received an email claiming I damaged the sneakers therefore they will be returned to me only because I asked them to return the money to my bank account not the stores wallet. I’m sitting with a bran new pair of small sneakers for no reason and as a regular buyer I’m disappointed in this store because I have received dirty clothes and shoes countless times but understood that maybe someone wore them and returned them to the store and have been a loyal customer for years I even have a picture of the sneakers they apparently refused to return.
