<p>I bought a couple of jackets from Superbalist a couple weeks back. First off I want to say they arrived in record time, actually before the estimated delivery I was very happy with that! Unfortunately when I tried them on they were way too big for me. I braced myself in preparation for going through the nightmare of trying to return them. Superbalist and their customer support team both over email and over the phone have been amazing. They really did everything they could to expedite the process and make it effortless J I am very happy with them and will be back for sure!</p>
