Return taking too long

Poor service, I bought a pair of sneakers from superbalist on Wednesday 25.08.2021, the sneakers were delivered on Thursday, but they were too small I logged a return for a bigger, they came on Friday to pick up the sneakers from there on I have been told they are waiting for sneakers to be inspected. I mean why does it take so long to inspect sneakers? No one can even give me answers on when will they be inspected. First time I'm buying from and certainly the last.
