Return rejected

I bought pair of allstar that were on special, size 6. I wear size 6 and always fits. Well shoes do not fit me, they actually big cut. I had already opened the packaging box untidy but the allstar box was fine. I logged a return and since i didn't have the original box I only sealed the allstar box with a tape to get the parcel sealed for in transit. Today I am told that my return is rejected. What am I gonna do with shoes that are a size bigger (very noticeable)? I spoke to 1 of the supervisors whom I asked that if superbalist concern was a packaging box, why not penalize me with maybe R50 for a box? I am very disappointed and angry with the treatment from you guys. Never have issues with Spree, not even with the single item i had returned. Order id: **********
