Return Process Needs Improvement

I ordered an item from Superbalist and needed to return it. I booked a collection, but the item still hasn’t been picked up. The collection has been rescheduled multiple times with no clear update on when it will actually happen. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication and constant changes have been frustrating. I hope Superbalist improves tracking and customer communication for returns, so customers aren’t left waiting without answers.
