Return policy

Superbalist have stricter return/exchange policies that general retailers. I purchased a make up item which was the wrong Shane and would ordinarily be exchangeable at any other retailers such as Edgar’s, Woolworths etc, however Superbalist have their own standards. Make sure to check returns policy for EVERYTHING on Superbalist. As an online retailer I would expect their policy to be more flexible. I understand policies on intimate wear and earrings but not sealed make up items. This is unacceptable and I wonder if in line with CPA
