Return pending for over a month.

The level of service that I have received from Superbalist is appalling. A returned item which has been collected by their courier and verified by them has not been credited to my credit card for over a month now. A new consultant takes over the query everyday but never provides solid feedback. I have sent several emails over the past few days and have received absolutely no response. Complete disregard towards customer queries.
