Return parcel lost

Good afternoon, I logged a return of takkies which was collected earlier than the specified date. Collected on 19/05/2020 and still shows failed collection and they have now rescheduled collection. I have emailed Superbalist multiple times with no answer given. I’m very upset with this service and concerned about the loss of my parcel.
