Return order with extra items

I ordered some items and unfortunately when I received them I didn't like them and log on a return by a mistake in that return box I inserted some Extra items which were still new and they don't want to bring them them back it been 3 weeks now sending emails each and everyday and calling but I am not getting any help or feedback.
