Return not collected over a month now

I've been waiting for Superbalist to come collect a return( ***) on the 04 of September 2020, been since waiting getting promises everything day that the parcel will be collected... I urgently need the refund and no one is giving me any direct answer.. I've tried twitter, emails and phone calls now will resort to consumer protection.. I just need the refund then they can take they're own sweet time to collect the parcel!
