Return nightmares

Overall I had a good experience with superbalist until I sent an item back for a refund/credit I have spoken to several members of the staff all say the same thing and yet do nothing it has been 3 weeks and still nobody has bothered to follow up or process the refund. The service is great when you are paying superbalist but absolutely disgusting when they need to cough up a cent!
