Return during lockdown

Superbalist is ridiculous. I placed an order and the order arrived within very quickly. I then tried to fit it on for my daughter and it was too small when I logged a ln exchange, I was told that they don't do exchange and refunds during lockdown level 4 but they don't mention this when you are busy placing your order. When you email them, they say there is a pop up when you try logging a return or exchange but there is no pop up when placing your order.
