Return

I have ordered shoes last month and. They were delivered on the 27 of last month but the shoes were small so I did a return, untill today I haven't received my money I have been going back and forth with them saying they have sent the money but I haven't received it, its been almost a month now..and iv ordered other pair of shoes for fathers day gift I received the shoes today and it was the wrong size.. Iv ordered 8/9but they have sent me 5/6 called them again and complained they said I have to to a return in my account and the package will be collected only Monday and still have to go to warehouseeaning I will only receive this package next week again and these nothing they can do to make it fast so that I can receive it on Sunday as of its my fault on top of that I haven't received my money for the ruturn iv made last month am so not happy with their service
