Return *** POOR SERVICE

Logged an exchange on the 24th of November and up until today I've been calling superbalist and spoke to almost everyone, Kayleen, Khanyisa, Shaheema, Mfundo, Khauthar who is the supervisor who also did nothing just empty promises that, they will call me back. @THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR, HOW CAN AN EXCHANGE TAKE A MONTH AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. I just want my money back, sick and tired of speaking to your people with empty promises???
