Return

I received my order on Tuesday and unfortunately my sneaker were big so I then logged a rerturn as there was no smaller size available. I was then sent an sms by Superblist on the same day telloing me that they will come and collect it on Thursday 03 May 2018. I waited the whole day as they gave me a time frame 8am to 5pm. I even called their call centre and I spoke to a young lady who told me that a collection has been arranged for the 3rd of May but still no avail no one has come and I even gave them my contact number so the driver can call when outside the building. I then checked the status of the collection tracker and it showd that the collection failed. How? because I never received anything from them or the driver who was collecting. I am every upset and angry as this was a waste of my time and I don't know what I'm going to do now with the shoes.
