Repeated incorrect size received.

I ordered a jeans in a size 12, received a size 8. Logged an exchange. While waiting I placed another order for a jeans in a size 14 and received a size 10. This is incredibly frustrating and I would appreciate it if the one's responsible for packing, had one's responsible for checking that it is correct
