Rejected Return - Defective product

I'm very disappointment with the couch I purchased a couple of months ago at Superbalist. Since then, I've encountered ongoing issues with it, particularly with the leg, which keeps breaking despite my attempts to fix it.

Having invested a significant amount in this couch, I’m frustrated that it can’t be used nor repaired or refunded by the service provider.
