Rejected return but nothing wrong with the item

I ordered 2 jump suits recently. I unpacked both and chose 1 and put the other one straight back into the box and returned it. The Jump suit still has the long tag that goes from the arm to the foot, it has not even been tried on and has been returned back to me saying that it is not in sellable condition? I have contacted the call centre and still waiting for a manager to get hold of me. The person responsible for the QC has clearly not done their job properly and not even bothered to check the garment. The call centre tells me that there is nothing more they can do and the item has been rejected as a return. Do I just have to accept this when there is absolutely nothing wrong with the item. This is just someone who doesn't know how to do their job and has more than likely not even looked at the item.
