"Rejected" return but nothing wrong with the item

Rejected return but nothing wrong with the item. I returned a pants in super excellent condition and still within the time frame. I tried them on and it was abit loose so wanted to exchange for a size down. Logged my return etc. item was picked up a few days later I followed up and called about my exchange and no one knows nothing. Then eventually someone says it's rejected but there is no reason at all stated why it's rejected nor did I get any messages telling me it's rejected, even the agents don't know why and are saying that there is no reason on the system and they can't understand why there is no reason or why I did not get correspondence. It's now over a week and I called them so many times and no one can tell me what is going on. So I told them they must be someone you can call at the DC to check and they are like no we use a system, I said well there must be someone you can ask or check with...

I am an absolute loyal Superbalist customer for years and this is absolutely pathetic pathetic, Now I am pantless and without my money.
