Rejected Return

I bought a t-shirt online from the website and it was my usual size which is a Large.

I kept it for a week without opening it, and the day I decided to wear it, realised it was too small. The tag was untied, but I repacked it and requested a return and refund as they did not have my size.

My return was rejected because the tag was untied and apparently the t-shirt smelt like fabric softener.

I had never worn that t-shirt and only wore it after taking a shower and had my cologne on, which may have rubbed on it.

I am very unhappy as the same happened to me at the Superdry Store in Menlyn where a specific t-shirt range did not fit me and they took my return with the tag untied.

I have tweeted them and I am unhappy.

I have no use for a t-shirt that does not fit me.

I fail to understand how an untied tag is unsatisfactory as they can tie it back on if they wish to.

I have been a loyal customer to superbalist and this has put me off.
